Artist Participation
To perform or participate, artists must:
Have their own merchandise available (T-shirts, apparel, branded items, etc.)
Purchase a performer slot
Sell required event tickets or purchase a Premium Pass for the show

Promotional Support
Rich Culture Entertainment provides:
Distribution of promotional marketing materials at the venue
On-site brand visibility support
Website feature placement for participating artists
All merchandise and promotional materials must be submitted prior to the event date.
After an artist submits their registration information, our team will follow up with detailed instructions for merchandise drop-off and promotional asset submission.
Each participating artist will be featured on our website, including:

Social media links
Event participation details
Brand/merch highlights
This ensures continued exposure beyond the live event.
